I saw the film yesterday. I must say that this is the best "game-to-movie" adaptation on the market to date. The "feel" that is Silent Hill remained intact from beginning to end, and although the main characters and story elements were altered a bit, i personally enjoyed watching it than being forced to play it for my friends enjoyment.

Fans of konami's franchise shouldn't be dissapointed. As for the rest....if you can stomach a lot of psychological gore, then you'll be just fine.

Of 5 stars, i give Silent Hill 4.5.
