You got taken for a ride. You should always read auctions carefully before bidding. This particular auction made it pretty darn explicit it was merely a list, though. If something sounds too good to be true, it's probably not true.

on the plus side...at least it was only a dollar. and if it's a legit wholesaler list, you could still get a decent deal on an xbox 360.

No other people are buying it, its the 360 people buy that for at least 500 on eBay, did you really expect to get a 360 for 1 dollar. it is fake if there were no bids on it, and the bid was about to go away.
