Title: Damn Tanks!
Description: Has anyone got a tactic for them?

Well, Im at this damn tanks now and I have no idea, how I can defeat them without taking much damage. I just always use the bow, but IŽll get to much damage, until i shoot for usual. And the next matter, if I would beat them, would be the helicopter. Because then I had no healing portions anymore, what makes me really angry.
(I know, my english is not the best^^)

So wht do you think, how I could defeat them quick and without any big trouble? :hmm:

hm. it's been awhile since i played, but iirc, there are at least two ways you can make the tanks easier.

first, you can force the gunner in the tank to leave the turret temporarily if you shoot arrows near him or use the inferno ninpo. he will come back eventually but he usually stays down for awhile and you should be able to get most of the tank's health down by the time he does come back.

second, you can sometimes get the tank into a 'loop', so that it just keeps circling you and you're free to take shots at it until it dies. i don't always manage to do this myself, but i know you need to be about fairly close, so that the tank keeps trying to get you in its sights. maybe somebody else can give more detailed directions... ^^;

also, the apfsds (sp?) core arrows are a LOT better for this than the explosive arrows. you might want to refill your arrows when the first tank is almost done and then finish it off with the explosive arrows so you have a full set of the apfsds cores left for the second tank.

hope this helps!

get behind it and shoot in its engines back there, that does more damage if I remember correctly and the tank won't be able to use it's cannon, but shoot the soldier on top first, or you'll get riddled with bullets.
