This is kind of weird, me, a MALE, posting something about purses but I wanted get this off my chest. At my high school, Germantown High, on November 28, they want the ladies to bringing these to school. However, I think that is really bad idea. Girls have "personal things" to carry in their purses. ( how would I know this I had or have a sister and you know "those commercials" all the damn time) However the school think the girls or someone might bring in a deadly weapon or something. Well, that is an issue because people have been getting caught with marijuana and all type of stuff, I mean this literally. Up here in Wisconsin, girls have, to me, become more violent. Abot two weeks ago, a 15 year-old girl stabbed her boyfriend to death and then a couple of days later another 15 or 16 year-old girl tried to hire someone to kill her boyfriend. Maybe they think some girl wil come in our high with a weapon or something. I hope they don't think like that. All girls aren't violent, right?

Well I think they should treat girls who bring handbags and purses to school just as they do with guys who have oversized trenchcoats and bags. You never know when some innocent-looking girl all of the sudden pulls a "Son of Sam".

You know, I just recently found out that a girl came to school with cocaine in her purse.
