I'm trying to get back into this game, so I'm gonna be asking questions.

So my question is: How do you implement this move into your strategy? Do you use it kill your opponent's momentum? Or for setups? Mixups?

I found that this move is great for mixups and setups. I'll do the move, poke once or twice, do it again, do a power move, etc. Or something similar to that.

I mainly use this move only of the oppnent is countering. Remember: Extra damage if you throw when they counter. Some people use the move over and over since you caqn imidelty do it again right after like Bass and Jann Lee. But that is the only use for it. I highly recommend doing 33 Throw. More damage.

I find its easier just to use grabs when they go to counter or block : D stuffs em right over, XD i have never tried this Forward+Throw when they are running towards me i usually just low kick or prepair to counter ^^

Well, all the answers were right actually. But the answers apply to almost all throws anyway. This throw, however, IS really nice. I'm not really sure just how many frames of advantage it gives, but I'm pretty sure it's 10. I haven't been able to find the data on that but it should be right. It's obviousy made for mix-ups and set-ups. Personally, I like to use 46P or 236P since both of those shots are insanely fast after the throw. Once I scare them into thinking I'll do one of those, I do 33+throw instead. It's really up to you in how you use it. ^^
