Title: A platform *urgent*

I just ran into those skeletons for the first time then I get the holy grail and run and when I get to the top (after the elevator) there's no way I can run to the top because there are 2 arches there.
But there is a platform at the bottom that I can interact on the chains on, it says that its rusty but wont be easy to break em.
So anyone know how to break those chains?

Boss fight at the top. Go as high up as you can; make sure to save it first.

Well ok but do I just go that spiral way? I thought since I can interact that I could break those chains and it will get me to the top without going that spiral way.

yup.
the chains do break, but you can't do it yourself.

the chains do break, but you can't do it yourself.

When do they break because when I get back from the skeletons I always die when I try to go all the way to the top.
Any tips for me there too?

They break after the boss fight. Have you passed the big four-legged skeleton on the spirals? And have you reached the bottom yet? If so, then just go back UP the spirals until you reach the big four-legged skeleton on the spirals. Beat him, and he'll break the chains for you. K? :)
And just run past the skeletons. The only ones you really need to worry about on the way up are the bow-and-arrow ones.

You can't beat the skeletons? As in the regular skeletons? Unless you aren't bad at the spirals yet. Then it relies on skill. The best tip I can give you is rely most on your counters. The Dihalbro(sp?) counter and the Dragon Sword's Y counters are nice. Also, if you have it already, use the Dragon Sword's X,X move(the one where he'll slice an opponent/two oppenents if you are in a running animation.) If you're back at the spirals, though, then just run past them and head back to the top. If you need to focus on any, focus on the bow-and-arrow guys.

I can beat the skeletons but when Im at the spiral I die when Im trying to get to the top because they hit me with their arrows.

Heh, alright, then take those arrow guys out, then head to the top. Those guys are cake as long as you can move faster than they track you.
