hey im stuck at the boss on the air balloon, he kills me all the time and I have pretty much life, I cant avoide his hits or whatever he does and I dont know how to make him loose life

give him PPP then head off........thenn do flying sparrow then repeat....this worked on me.

hit and runs is the best way to kill him

I think being more spicific as what "hits" you should do are better tehn "hit an Run"
