What do you think of Ayu's music? I love it myself, but your views count too :)

Same here, I cant stand it.

The first songs I've heard from Ayumi were ballad.....and boy it is NOT for her.

I think she sounds much better singing pop rock songs. I give her a 4 (I accidently voted 2)

I gave her a 9, I love her music but she isn't my most favorite J-Pop singer.

^it's apparently a rant about how ayu has copied a lot of western artists in her PVs and performances. (not necessarily music)

some of the similarities seem merely concidental but others are...pretty clear copies, particularly the madonna stuff. (though ayu is hardly the first pop artist to copy madonna...)

Koda Kumi did the same thing. Shake It was COMPLETELY Western, and the Ice Cube "Put'cho back into it" thing was horrid. :pinch:

I like her but I prefer Utada Hikaru (her "PAssion" from Kingdom Hearts 2 :wub: ).
In my opinion Ayumi is a good vocalist but jpop isn`t my fav. kind of music :)
