i can never seen to find those sort of statues. also i would of left it in the box, thay are worth more that way in years to come when thay become a rear collecters item.

I don't think so. In most cases anime-related merchandise does not grow in value. People buy these things to enjoy them. Years down the road there will be new anime, new games and new figures to enjoy. If you want to buy something to sell it later, don't buy anime merchandise. That's not to say that certain things never have a high demand once they are out of press. I know that right now Himeya Shop (an online store that sells Japanese console/PC games) is selling a used copy of Type-Moon's Tsuki Bako for $499. A sealed copy would be worth more, and when it released it only cost about $25. This is a three pack that contains the ever popular Tsukihime doujinshi game. Perhaps you have heard of the anime Tsukihime. It was based on a fan-made game.
http://www.himeyashop.com/product_info.php/products_id/1090I wouldn't count on this happening with that Ayane statue. Kotobukiya has already made several runs of both Ayane and Ryu.

I have one of those, but I want another to take out of the box, not because I think that it'll grow in value, but I want one to stay in mint shape, I'm weird that way. As for other figures, I have Ryu on order, and it's 2, and you know why, and another Ayane. I also have 2 DOA Kasumis on order.
Now, what they need to do, since they made a Kureha statue, they should make Doku, Ryu in other costumes(the really good ones) and Rachel statues too. They should also do like Mcfarlane toys and have a PVC action sequence of Ryu and Doku fighting. I think that would rule.

Follow sigs rule from now on.
