Mills McDougle - March 31, 2005 11:13 PM (GMT)
S'ok, it's time to start this trend here. :D I know I'm not the only one here who plays PC game. Post your screenshots here! I'll start it off. :D

Silent Hill 4 texture work is great. :D

True Combat for Quake 3. :D Oh, and for the record, crosshair images are outdated. Iron sights are the new black. :D :boyah:

Is this thread about posting screenshots from your fav games ?? I'm a little confused right now :hmm: if it is then it's a great idea !!

Mills McDougle - April 1, 2005 12:02 AM (GMT)
Well, not particularly your favorites, though those are welcome as well. :D The idea came to me a while ago simply because I'm a screenshot-happy person; I take screenies of all of the PC games I play. I know I'm not the only person that likes screenshots, so I made this thread. So, basically, whatever game you play, take screens! That way you can share them with the world! :boyah:

C'mon, I CAN'T be the only one here who plays PC games! You guys are \/\/34|<z0|2z. :p

Heh, but I just bought Far Cry, Second Sight, and Mace Griffin yesterday, and since I just got my computer the way it used to be( ^_^ ), I'll post some shots later. :D

chibimaru - April 3, 2005 10:28 PM (GMT)
Does it have to only be PC games?

Mills McDougle - April 3, 2005 11:05 PM (GMT)
chibimaru: No, it doesn't. But they tend to be the easiest to take snaps of.

Perhaps I should add to the trend?

Here's some Far Cry. This game, in case you don't know, was one of three top graphical showcases of 2004(with the others being Half-Life 2 and Doom 3). It was also Game of the Year in a number of places.

The game was meant to run on at least a gig and some PIII processor, 256 MB RAM, and a DX9-capable video card. I fare pretty well(well enough, anyway) in the video card area, but I'm barely at 256 RAM and I'm running on a 633 Celeron( :S), so for it to be playable enough to enjoy and look as good as it does, I'm happy as all he[hocky sticks]. :boyah:

To have Free Radical's art design finally grace your PC monitor is a great thing. :D Now for them to bring TimeSplitters to PC...

That's all from me now. lol I don't usually post this many screens at once, but you guys need motivation. So, enjoy. :D
