Right; formal speech on hold. We haven't discussed slang much, and I'm very interested in this. Guess I'll start off basic.

How would I go about saying "wassup" and "peace" or something of it in Japanese? I might bust it out on someone at school tomorrow. :D

It's the same pronunciation.

Bye is either mata ne, jya ne, or jya, mata ne

Girls usually say jya ne, bai bai
