I've never listened to her music, but she seems to be very popular. There was a special on MTV here, but I missed it. It said that she's going to try and make it in the US music business.

I haven't heard many of her songs, but some I really like and a few I really dislike, but mostly for the background music. I've only heard Japanese songs so I can't really comment on her english songs, but I think she could do pretty well. If you haven't listened to any of her songs I would recommend it, she has a very nice voice IMO.
