So im wondering, has anyone seen this movie?
I heard they're making an American version called "The Grudge" and i just saw the trailer for the Grudge and it looks super scary. Anyone else seen or heard of it?

Ju-on 1 and 2 was OK. Nothing great.

The american (well not exactly....still directed by the japanese director) version looks better. Sarah Michelle Gellar......geez -.-

I have seen Ju-on The grudge and a had nightmares because of it. I think you can call it psychological horror but like all japanese film you first have to accustom to the style of them. There is not that muyh action like in american horror films.

You also have to see these great japanese movies:--> The eye
--> Uzumaki

The Eye? you eman the one where she gets her eyes replaced and starts seeing ghosts?

That's a chinese movie.

There isn't a single horror movie that scares me. Period.

Really, it´s chinese? I did not know that but the movie was great anyway!

The Eye wasn't that great, I like the last scene though !! I really loved Ringu !! the Japanese version of The Ring, you have to watch Ringu 0 if you like horror movies, the grudge was okay !

Depends on the interests you have, I liked "The Eye" very much because it reminded me of the game Silent Hill and i like the psychological things that are used in the game to create horror. I don´t like the typical tennie horror movie stuff.
