Haha, okay you need something called Photoshop you can get a 30day trial from
www.adobe.com im using adobe photoshop c.s (its the best), after you download phtoshop (30min. to an hour) you should look for some Tutorials. i use this site
http://www.good-tutorials.com/ look thru everything do some of the stuff and then you will start to learn how to use photoshop on your own. well atleast thats what i did.
