I just saw the first few eps of Naruto and I love it ^_^ The fact that Naruto has ninjas in it already draws me to it, but on top of that, It has kunoichis!!!! And two kunoichis that I like ^_^ kunoichi Ino and kunoichi Sakura Haruno (Haruno Sakura)

Naruto is awsome. I've been following the series for a bit over a year I think. I've seen all the episodes and read just about all the manga that has been released so far. My favorite characters are Neji Hyuga and Itachi Uchiha.

I don't really care for Sakura or Ino too much, they just aren't that good of fighters or really have any interesting techniques. My favorite Kunoichis would be Tenten, Temari, and of course Tsunade who could rival even the DOA girls in looks despite the fact that she is 50+ years old. Shizune isn't bad either, but she isn't really one of my favorites.

I just found out about Tsunade and see knocks Ino out of second place for sure ^^

I like Temari's outfit and that fan of hers...so cool ^^

Tenten is my favorite. OMG WEAPONS EVERYWHERE CRAZY!!

What is Naruto?

It is an anime series that about a kid ninja named Naruto who lives in a village called Hidden Leaf Village or Konoha. Almost all characters in the series is a ninja who possess great fighting ability and at least a few special techniques. Naruto is more unique than anyone else in his village which causes most to ignore/hate him at first.

The series plot follows Naruto as he finishes at the ninja academy and works to try to fulfill his dream of becoming Hokage (a title given to the strongest ninja in Konoha and is also leader of the village). The series has a great story in my opinion, and it is still going strong after 100+ episodes and 230+ chapters of the manga. It has lots of great action and is also very funny.

The series is currently unlicensed outside of Japan which means that you can download the fansub episodes without getting in any legal trouble, at least until it becomes licensed. You can get episodes from Naruto Chaos (has direct and bit torrent downloads) or Anime Suki (only has bit torrent downloads).

Anyway, what Dead End said is pretty much all there is to it. I recommend both the Naruto manga and anime to anybody, and here's were you can download some of it and get to know characters, weapons, abilities, etc

There's this website that'll let you download scans for free if your a member (membership also free) They've got at least 240 Chapters of the manga

also, CN (cartoon network) has bought the viewing rights for naruto
which means its licenced (makeing it a little harder for some people to download it thru bittorrent) and they (as press release goes)will show it in fall/winter this year

but i uncovered info saying that might not happen

if they do show it, unless its on adult swim, dont bother watching it; they will edit the mess out of it

I-totally-LOVE Naruto!! Always have. I would have to say that Kakashi is by far one of my most favorite ninjas ever! Ryu comes first, of course, but Kakashi's attitude is just priceless. I love 'em. ^^
