That tina has one of the fastest running throws in DoA3?

Tina's running throw - The Shining (hope i spelled this right) Wizard:

a) Excellent set-up move
b) Being a foot away from your opponent will activate this move
c) This throw can out-prioritize many attacks
d) Quick and effective to knock anyone down flat
e) Opponents will grow to fear this move.....guaranteed
