ok one of ryus moves i dont remeber what its called it says while standing so ill stand and nothing happens ill do he handstand nothing happens can you guys explain this move?

It's actually quite simple. "While Standing" pretty much mean's While Rising. Ryu has two "While Standing" attack's. One is K and the other is :diagdownleft: K. All You have to do is push down while blocking to crouch and then release the D-Pad to stand up, but while He's rising (While Standing), You push either K or :diagdownleft: K (Rising Dragon) to execute the attack. Simple, and incredibly useful!! You can do this trick During combo's that involve High attack's to deal a heck of alot of damage and start a deadly Counter-Combo.
