Problem:
You have a Kyocera KM-1820 - digital copier - with intermittent C3200 service code error on display and apparently ADF jamming.
Service Book: C3200 = Exposure Lamp Problem

Solution:

1.remove the ADF.
2.remove the platen glass/contact glass = 2 screws (back side)+few hooks at front control panel side (front side).
3. clean, using alcohool, the platen glass on the inner side + the white shading band !!!

additonal:
- add some silicon oil on scanner rail bar.

Comments:
- The error is coming from a dirty shading pad !!
