Only days after announcing the family had reconciled, JANE CARTER, mom to pop stars NICK and AARON CARTER, was arrested for battery on her estranged husband ROBERT's girlfriend. Jane is accused of breaking a window to gain entry into Robert's home and attacking the couple while they slept. Jane allegedly pulled the woman out of bed by her hair and hit her. The incident occurred late Tuesday and Jane was released from Florida's Monroe County Detention Center early Wednesday. Earlier in the week, 16-year-old Aaron released a statement saying he was no longer filing for emancipation and that he had settled financial matters. He had alleged that his mother took more than $100,000 from his bank account.
