Macy Mann - September 22, 2007 10:24 PM (GMT)
Macy closed her eyes as she tilted her head back. She sat there in the middle on the lawns, as rain poured down all around her. She was in her school outfit, not botering to go to her dorm and changed. She had levitated her robes overhead as that they covered her compleatly, only a few drops even got to her skin. She looked rather odd sitting in the middle of the lawns under her small sheild when there was the nice safe indoors in which to seek salvation from all the rain. But she didn't want to, she didn't want to leave the solitude of the rain, back to the hustle and bustle of other students, back locked behind those walls with whatever may be lurking behind each corner. She wanted to be right where she was, so she decieded she would stay there, yes, she would.

The coolness and water washed away everything. All the evil, all the bad. The things that had poisined these grounds forever. The hatred, the sarrow. Peoples pain that had been engraved into this ground. Everytime it rained, things were alright again. Things that never were, that shouldn't be, drifting away with the harsh pounding of this one pure, clean, good thing. Rain was more amazing then it seemed. It could wash away ones pain. It could wash away ones tears. All their sarrow and all their fears. Its like it let you start over a new, become one your not, See things in a compleatly new light, one that darkness had recently fogged up. Because it was just that Amazing, that breathtaking... that splended.

Her eyes held a soft dreamy look. A look that too often filled them. For this wonderfully lost girl was in a world all her own. One away from all others. She zoned off with the sothing sound of pattering around her. Just looking up at sky that was barley visible if she looked back past the slightly hanging edge of her robe. The clouds had fogged it up, making it a rather musty grey. Even then, I kid you not, it was more beautifull then one could imagine. Still full of such a beauty that seemed so uncomparible. I mean when you think of what she is used to, dimly lit corridors with dirty floors and marble walls, anytime she was able to escape these walls it was like heaven. Especily wide open spaces. Her one great escape from the trials and tourments of being a student. Away from her prized book, away from her qill and ink. Away from her parchment and structure. Just to be herself, in one world all her own.

Macy's cheeks were slightly rosie, from the cold no doubt. But then again they always have a little rosie tint to them. She put a hand to them, and felt they were slightly cold. But she just left her fingers lightly pressed to them as she looked dreamily out to the sky. Her brown hair was slightly wet, partly from the raindrops thet fell on it when she leaned back, and partly from running to get to the center of the lawns. Her gryffindor house tie was loosly hanging from her neck but her shirt was buttoned all the way and of course untucked from her skirt. She had abandoned her shoes somewhere else on the lawn and would no doubtably find them later. But for now she would sit here and enjoy the whole scene around her with much pleasure.

Augustus Rookwood - September 26, 2007 02:08 AM (GMT)
Rain poured down over the students who mindlessly fleed, their instincts kicking in. Wimps, really. It was only water. Magic could dry the water. Augustus thought these people to be rather narrow-minded, too.

He strut down the lawns, stomping into a large puddle that left some now drenched third year girls screaming at him. He swiftly smirked, and continued down the lawns, flicking his wand at countless people so that buckets are rather cold water dumped over their heads. He enjoyed it. Watching Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs attempt to insult him was quite amusing, really. Much like a show.

Augustus stowed away his wand as the small crowd thinned, and only those brave enough to stand the rain remained. This number contained only two people. He had noticed a small figure crouched ahead of him, and any trace of a smirk disappeared. Just his luck.

He could tell it was her. She was sitting there, wasting her time doing nothing, as always. Gustie despised people who did nothing in their precious hours of time at Hogwarts. Gryffindors or Slyherins, he believed that time at Hogwarts was very short, and you should do something progressive. Augustus shook his sopping wet hair out of his eyes, and made a path towards her.

"Hello, lovely. What are you doing down here?" he said, mustering as much dislike in his voice as he could.

Macy Mann - September 27, 2007 02:07 PM (GMT)

Macy's eyes opened and close, little drops of water hanging of her eyelashes. Grabbing her hair she pulled it off to the said with on hand, and gently ran her fingers through it letting a rather nice smile peel across her face. Why she smiled, I could not tell you. Right now pressure was closing in on her on all sides, and she didn't really have a minute that was all her own. Sometime where she could just be happy. But as the rain poured, it felt as though it took all her troubles away. She had no horrid teachers, no enemies or backstabbers, she had no dirty ex's, no quidditch practice, no bumps and brusis, no fear. It was Macy, and the rain. Thats it.

But as soon as she looked over to see a figure headding toward her, the smile fadded rather quickly. All her troubles came flooding back, and all her solitude fadded away. She sighed as she stood up, casting a small spell to dry off her robe, even though it would soon be wet again, and slippped it on. She shiftied her weight to one side as she crossed her arms over her chest with a huff. She managed to through this BOY a rather evil glare as he approached.

Macy wrinkled her nose as he spoke. "What does it look like Rookwood?" The way she said it, it was so full of spite and hate, which was just about all she bore towards this particular hogwarts student. "Ohh but I suppose I am doing something wrong correct? Because when am I not right? The little blood traitor cant even sit in the rain when a person such as yourself is walking around, correct?" she said with a sarcastic sneer as pursed her lips and raised a brow.

Augustus Rookwood - September 29, 2007 06:20 PM (GMT)
"I see we're a little touchy. Simply ask what you're doing and you jump at my throat. Tut tut." An evil smile curled onto Augustus' face. He crossed his arms and crouched down, flicking his wand lazily. A black umbrella appeared out of the rain. He perched it over his head delicately and turned back to Macy. "Are we having a bad day? But. tell me, why are you out here while the rest of your oh-so brave house is fleeing the rain?" He smirked at his sarcasm. She was very easy to bully.
