It began and ended on December 21st, 2012. The biggest and most brutal war or man kind and its like species. Havoc wreaked upon the world as many prophits predicted it would. The day finally came, and that day would define humanity's roll on Earth.

There were greater forces at work then just mass production and pollution. There were three entire species that were hiding in the shadows, waiting for the time to come when they could reveal themselves and set forth on the plain that was rightfully there's. On the winter solstice of 2012 there a war. The war to seemingly end all wars. Humans came to know about the other three species as if they were a natural part of the world. All four made alliances with each other, decieved each other, and in the end rested in their own blood. Those who were smart enough or maybe just lucky enough made it out alive.

Today they live side by side. Do not believe they have given up their prejudices. But do believe that it isn't the end.

It is the year 2099. More than 70 years past since the last great war. Society has not changed much, though crime is slowly declining - that most people know of at least. There haven't been many technical advances other than medical and in weaponry. Cars are still made, driven, but more efficiently. Slowly the Earth is recovering from a tenacious and horrible erra, and not to mention that Vampires can walk in the light.

Vampire, Lycan, Hybrid, and mortals make each other known. They walk side by side on the streets without a second glance. Race is no longer the issue, but species is the problem. Prejudices pile up but no one dares to act on them. The four "rulers" of the new world are as follows: Merran and Luke James, Oliver and Jamie Irving, Artimes Foliex, and John Forester. They are the heads of each species and control most aspects of life in western europe. Anyone needed assistance in any other part of the globe turn to them. They have reigned successfully in harmony since the war, building their numbers and protecting the human race from extinction.

The future is left to the survivors and the new creatures that are coming. It's a world all its own as the four leaders of the new age rule in what we think is harmony. Turmoil hidden by a veil of relief.
