- The Cure. Some thought of it as their salvation, others as a way of extinction, while the rest just tried to ignore it. A battle even broke out because of this ‘cure’, causing the death of many. The only good thing that came out of this battle was the downfall of the Brotherhood of Mutants, and its leader Magneto. The Brotherhood seemed to disappear off the map, while the students and teachers at the Xavier Mansion managed to get on with their lives after the death of two prominent figures in the school – Jean Grey, and Xavier, himself.
All good things have to come to an end though. As the months passed people who had taken the ‘cure’ started to show signs of their powers again. Fear broke out once again, and the hate towards these mutants soon followed. The X-Men, worried about Magneto’s return, started to keep a closer eye on past members of the Brotherhood.
It's time to pick which side you'll stand for, but with every choice, comes a consequence...
