Casimir leant against the wall, his smoker's hat shadowing his eyes. They were closed though, so it hardly mattered. He had hardly slept the night before and he doubted that he'd get any sleep tonight. He hardly cared. Coffee and other things would keep him up. He waited though for the rest to appear. Today was the day that so many teenagers in this school had been waiting for; their legendy trip to Glasgow to see The White Stripes. Every teenagers had to go and see a concert once in their life. It was obligatory. But here Casimir was, waiting for Scarlette and ciggarette in his mouth, his black bag full of badge with sayings hoisted across his back. It was quite early in the morning though, but he had told everyone to meet a Bodgen Hollow at around 8-ish in the morning to catch the bus, to go to the train station and then they would go to Glasgow and check in at their hotel. People should be here, but so far no one was.
Typical. Never trust teenagers with time. A rule to everything.

Time past and it was half an hour until the first bus would arrive. They were supposed to catch that one. Still no one had arrived. However at some point Casimir heard some footsteps. Ah, finally some one. Taking his ciggarette and stamping it out, he opened his eyes and saw Will going forth.
"Hey!" the blonde guy said.
Casimir liked Will, but not too much. Just as a friend really. nothing special.
"Hello there," Casimir said in a husky tone.
"Where is everyone?" Will asked, a little forwn on his face as he looked around.
Casimir could not help chuckling. "THat is the question," he said just like Hamlet would say.

Scarlette and Mist appeared round the corner, walking arm in arm, their heads inclined towards each other conspiratorily. They were discussing Casimir's resemblance to Jack White, and were both giggling quite a bit as they walked in step, their identical pairs of black converse hitting the pavement and making a loud slapping sound.
They walked up to the two boys, whispering frantically, barely seeming to notice that their escorts were there at all. Scarlette made some absurd suggestion about Will and Mist going out together at which point Mis blushed and mumbled something about being just friends. They reached a point where they were standing right in front of the two boys. They looked up, took one look at Casimir and burst out laughing. It was an in joke, neither of them expected the boys to get it. They were both just so excited about this concert, they couldn't help but get a little bit hyper.

Casimir frowned, a little puzzled smile on his face. "What am i really that ugly?" he said to both of the girls. Meeting Scarlette's eyes for a moment he let a little mysterious smile curl on his lips before turning to look at Mist and smiling polietly.
"Hey Scarlette,"Will said poliety to Scarlette and then turned to Mist. His cheeks suddenly turned this crimson as he couldn't help blushing at the sight of her.
"Hullo Mist," he mumbled softly, shyly.

Scarlette couldn't help herself, she slipped into Casimir's familiar arms, standing on tiptoes to reach his lips, she kissed him, gently at first, then as she felt her love for him grow stronger, with more passion. She wondered if he could taste her lipgloss, she had applied strawberry flavour especially for this. It was an odd thought to have in the middle of kiss, but Scarlette was an odd girl.
When finally she broke away, blushing and out of breath, she replied to his question as if nothing had happenned.
"No, darling, you're beautiful, Mist agrees, we all think you're beautiful."
Mist raised her eyebrows at Will and rolled her eyes. Still, at least time she wan't like a third wheel, she wouldn't have to sit in silence every time Casimir and Scarlette felt the need to snog, she had Will this time.
"Well that was awkward. And no, don't expect me to kiss you too, this is NOT a double date," she muttered to Will with a little dark smile.

Will chuckled michevously. "I hoped not. It would have been too complicated for me," he said and yawned. "It's too early anyway. Talking will do for me." He looked around, before looking back at Mist. "So how are you this pleasant morning?" he enquiered, raising an eyebrow casually.

Strawberry flavour. Yes he did indeed recognize it but from a more recent encoutre. Lynne had been wearing the same lipglosss when she had snogged him. or maybe it was vanilla. He hardly cared. Strawberry was officially their flavour.
"You like being romantic, do you?" he said, chuckling under his breath. "It's sweet though. Anyway you ready for the White Stripes?" he asked, raising an eyebrow and meeting her eyes,

Mist laughed, glad she was free of any awkwardness at all with Will. She left Scarlette's side and went over and stood by him, linking arms with him affectionately.
"I am fine this pleasant morning," she replied, paused,then commented sarcastically, "Well that was an interesting conversation, let's have another one sometime."

"I've been ready for this concert all my life. it's like it's what I've been waiting for ever since I was born. It is my destiny...yeah, I'm weird. Do you get that?" Scarlette replied, feeling safe and at home in his arms.

"Ah," Will said like some old wise man from a little village. "But who says the conversation has ended, my younge one?". As he said this he lifted a finger, arching an eyebrow slightly. He was glad the strnage silences between him and Mist had added. now they could be themselves.

Cas wound his arms around scarlette drawing her closer to him as he rested his own cold cheek against her red hair, hoping to warm it up.
"But do you belive in destiny?" he said and then yawned and shook his head. "Philosophy is quite to early in the morning for me."

Luke slipped out of the castle and towards Bogden Hollow, his feet moving quickly across the gravel path to the one bus stop at the edge of town. Being a musician, he knew that he HAD to see the White Stripes when he had overheard some people's plans to head off to Glasgow for the concert that upcoming weekend. They were one of his favourite bands, and he loved their music. Of course, the tickets had been expensive, but Luke had been saving up for long enough that he had a substantial amount to purchase a ticket with.

Five minutes or so later, he had arrived at the Bogden Hollow bus stop right beside a two-lane street. There were already four people there, but he didn't recognize them. It was slightly awkward as he made his way towards them. "You guys going to the concert too?" he asked, adjusting his backpack over his shoulder.

Casimir turned and looked over Scarlette's shoulder at the newcomer. He had seen him around before and he was probably the person Cat was always talking about. luke. That's was his name. Casimir raised his eyebrows, a little michevous smile curling on his lips.
"Of course. I don't know many teenagers up at this hour on a weekend," he said, irony clear in his tone.

Scarlette looked over at the guy, scrutinising him critically, she couldn't decide if he was "cool" or not, so she did the obvious thing; she asked.
"Hi, who are you? Are you cool or not?" she asked, and got an elbow in her ribs from Mist for all her efforts.
"Sorry about her, she's weird. And stupid too, because if you're coming to see the White Stripes, you're obviously cool," Mist said, smiling at Luke, remembering him as the nice boy she had met at the fairground a while ago. He had said she had a nice voice, which had made her feel happy. And he had a cute haircut. Which was always a good thing.

Casimir nudged Scarlette too, the same time Mist did, before moving away from her and once more leaning against the wall. "I'm Casimir and you must be...luke no?" he asked, arching an eyebrow. He turned and looked at Will, exchanging a look, a little mysterious smile then turning and waiting for an anwer.

Oh god.

Oh no.

Just seeing the back of Luke's adorable little head made Cat's stomach squirm, and she turned slightly pink. This could be blamed on the weather, or the fact that she was up much earlier than any teenager really should be on a weekend, but anyone who knew the situation between the two best friends would know that the previous two reasons could not be why her face was flushed. She instantly regretted getting the ticket for herself to the White Stripes, even though she loved them.

She sidled up to the group with a grin. "Hey guys!" she said brightly, her eyes avoiding Luke's to the best of her ability; however, she did catch his eyes a couple times while glancing over at him. Nervously, she shoved her hands in the pocket of her plaid coat and tapped the toes of her green Converse sneakers together.

Casimir caught the eyes of Cat and forced a little smile. Things between them were't going to far, as their last conversation was mostly screaming at each other and then apologisin frantically. However, he wanted to forget that for now, so he ackoweledged her presence with a little smile.
"Hey Cat, nice for you to come," Casimir said calmly enough.

Luke was a bit taken back by the sudden question of his popularity, but he laughed, a slightly confused expression on his face. "Thanks for defending my honor, Mist," he joked. "And yeah, I'm Luke," he told Cas with a nod. "You must be Casimir," he added lightly. "Nice to meet you."

And then he heard the familiar voice of his best friend [or ex, they hadn't quite figured that out yet] and saw the bright red hair join the group of teenagers. It was unmistakably Cat. He avoided her eyes, still feeling very guilty about his actions earlier. It wasn't his fault, really, it had been a total accident that he had kissed her. He caught her eyes, but looked away as soon as he had. Things were going to be slightly awkward today ... but hey, it WAS the White Stripes. He couldn't have a bad day today.

Lynne walked up to the group ahead as slowly as possible. She didn't remember what had made her come after all. Oh yeah...she looked to the new girl marching ahead. she was babysitting Cyn;.

"Hey guys" Lynne said trying to sound upbeat.

Casimir looked at Luke, surprised by his populatiry. "Yeah.I'm Casimir," he said slowly, before arching an eyebrow. "I'm quite surprised about my popularity. I never knew i was that well known."

Hearing the sound of Lynne's voice, he turned around and looked at her. Oh, she had indeed come. Now he wondered how this would turn out.
"Hey..Lynne," he said uncertaintly, quickly avoiding her eyes.
Yes, Casimir and Luke were pretty similar, stuck in the same problem, even though they didn't know it yet.

"Hey Lynne," Scarlette called out, beckoning Lynne over animatedly.
"You know all this lot, right?" she said, gesturing around her at the group of teenagers that surrounded her. She felt happy and at home here among people who she liked, felt united as they were all so filled with excitement, anticipating the upcoming gig.

"Yeah" said Lynne, with a smile "This is Cynthia everyone"

"It's Cyn" cut in Cyn "Nobody calls me Cynthia unless they have a deathwish. I'm new Lynne's on babysitting duty". Lynne nodded, looking less than pleased.

Casmir smiled at Cynthia.
"Nice to meet you," he said casualy and polietly. However out of the corner of his eye he observed Lynne carefully. Hopefully nothing would go wrong now. He could not afford it. A silence fell and deciding to break it, he took a deep breath.
"How are you, lynne?" he asked.

"Good" sgrugged Lynne "You?"

Casimir smiled slightly, uncertainly. "Yeah. i'm good," he said passively and wound and arm around Scarlette's waist, drawing her closer to him.

Will had been observing this from a distance, looking at Casimir and Lynne and thus he sensed something strange over come him. He was not quite sure what, but he knew probably it wasn't a good thing.
"Is it me or something strange is in the air?" he whispered to Mist, making sure only she could hear.

Faye had heard of this concert. The White Stripes, one of her favorite bands. Despite the fact she was new here, she made her way to the bus station. She had heard rumours about the plans and most of them led to the bus station. She hoped that she would make friends by going to this concert. She knew the girl called Scarlette but that was about it. She wanted to know more people. Seeing the hubbub of teenagers she cautionsly approached them,
"Hullo, people," she said in her usual soft serene tone.

Lynne turned away. while Vyn went over to Mist, trying engage her roomie in conversation.

"How many people are expected to be coming?"

"Hey Lynne!" Cat said enthusiastically, her green eyes bright and a grin on her face. She didn't recognize the other girl accompaning her friend, but that was okay. They'd all get to know each other sooner or later. She stifled a yawn; this was quite a bit earlier than she had woken on the weekend in quite some time. "And hi Cyn, I'm Cat," she introduced herself brightly, sticking both her hands in her pockets.

It was quite chilly out, but the red-head was still extremely excited to see the Stripes. Her alarm clock had been playing "Fell In Love With A Girl" when she woke up, so the words were currently running through her head. As she rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet, trying to avoid Luke's eyes, she softly hummed it. It struck her that it was similar to her situation with her adorable best friend at the moment, but she tried to shove that thought out of her head as quickly as possible.

Nothing would ruin her day, she decided quickly. She was going to stay upbeat and happy, even if it killed her.

Casimir looked around at the new girl. He had not seen her around before but she looked cool. Anyway she must be cool if she were going to see The White Stripes.
"Hello. I'm Casimir," he said polietly presenting himself.
Faye looked up and gave him one of her placid, serene smiles. "Helloo there." She thus turned and looked around at the other people. "Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Faye and i like zebras. With red stripes. Like the ones you see on the Icky Thump video."

Cyn nodded hello to all of them.

Lynne tapped Cat on the arm, deciding she really needed help.
"I need to talk to you" she whispered urgently, her face drawn.

"Those zebras are amazing," Cat said in reply to Faye, brushing a ringlet of red out of her eye and tucking it behind her ear. Then she felt Lynne tap her arm and bowed out of the cluster of students. "What's up?'' she asked curiously, her eyebrows slightly raised.

Lynne opened her mouth to speak then closed it again.

"Um, It' Cyn" she lied "I was just wondring if you could help me keep an eye on her? She doesn't seem to like me very much".

Damien gets off of the bus with his things and a cig in his moutyh and he akss the group of teens" can you tell me where to find trentwood i think its called?"

"It's Trenton" said Cyn over her shoulder "You a new student?"

"It's just you're sogood with people and stuff" lynne was gabling on unable to stop "And you get on with everybody and I'm just hopeless at that sort of them I just piss people off and I thought...."

"It's up there. Follow the road. Big castle. not hard to miss," Casimir said dryly. He didn't like this new guy. He didn't like his attitude, as he leant against the wall, folding his arms. Hopefully though he'd be able to avoid him.
He turned and looked at everyone, raising an eyebrow slightly.
"Um, people, we should really go if we don't want to miss the bus," he called out. This was true. The bus would be leaving soon and they didn't want to miss the bus because that would mean missing the train and then they would hardly get to the concert on time.

He nodded his head and said thank you man and put his cig out and threw it in a nearby garbage can. he then started to walk up the road until he reached the castle and went to find his dormroom hoping his brother was there with the tickets so they could get to the concert in time.

Jason wlked through the street and saw a bus stop with izzy right behind him he stoped and droped his skateboard on the ground and skated past the group of kids and as he neared them he stoped and asked are you guys waiting on the bus to take us closer to the white stripes concert?

Jason "wondered where his brother damien was and if he would make it in time to get to the cxoncert "

"Onwards!" grinned Cyn happily, turning from the new guy "Lynne?"

Casimir shifted slighty. So many new people had joined and he hardly knew them. The newcomers who had suddenly intergrated into tehir group he didn't like. Everyone else he knew...but the others. They were wierd.

Will looked at the newcomers and frowned, before leaning over to Mist.
"I don't like the knew guys," he whispered into her ear, just loud enough for only her to hear.

Faye though was quite content with the whole matter. She skipped along, her blond locks bouncing on her shoulders. Yes, finally she was going to see the White Stripes.
"Yep," she said happily, answering the guy's question, stopping right in front of him."What's your name?" she asked, arching an eyebrow.

"my names jason whats yours" he said waiting for izzy to catch up

Cat nodded slowly. "Sure," she said, her eyes darting quickly over to the new girl. Somehow she could tell that wasn't exactly what Lynne had been planning to tell her, but before she could pry further a boy had come up to them. She turned around, her hands in her pockets, and examined him. Immediately, she didn't like the cigarette. And the fact that he didn't know the name of his new school was odd, too. Her face slightly cold, she said, "Yep, just up the road."

Then Lynne was talking again, and Cat turned back to her friend. She was flattered, actually. She didn't think she was very good at people, but that was probably just her perception of things. "You don't piss everyone off, Lynne," she said earnestly. "What do you want help with?" she asked curiously. The rest of the group started towards the bus stop, but she let them all pass so that she could talk to Lynne alone.

Faye's eyes twinkled in dim light.
"Faye. My name is Faye. Like fairy in french," she said in her normal soft serene voice. "You new here?"

Starling saw Casimir wandering around aimlessly. Thankful that she had finally found someone she knew, she walked quickly over to him, her shoes clacking as she did so. When she got to him, she took a deep breath and prodded the back of his left shoulder lightly.

"Hey, stranger," She said, and waited for a reaction.

Casimir felt the tap on his shoulder and turned around, his eye brows raised past his veil on hair. He stopped and look to who it was. Realising it was only Starling, he smiled michevously.
"Hello you," he said kindly enough."Nice for you come. It will be fun."

"Yeah, I bet it will. I've only ever been to one concert... that was Maroon 5 a few years ago. I loved it." She remembered the time she had gone to see them. It had been amazing, and the best night of her life. She was sure this night would be more fun - after all, she had got that little crush on Casimir.

And he would be at the concert.

With her.

All night.

Well, she hoped so.

She smiled attractively and anxiously waited for his reply.
