Catalina Verde-Belego had a dream to build a city with her husband, Alexandro Belego. In 1870 Catalina found the perfect location about 30 minuets away from the noise and rush of the growing Los Angeles. They both found the area to be very peaceful and away from the troubles of LA. The City of Rancho Catalina was originally named Rancho Belego but after losing a long battle with an unknown disease, Alexandro felt that his town that he and his wife have settled should be named after her in her honor with the hopes of became a dream place to live

Now almost 138 years later, Rancho Catalina has become what Catalina and Alexandro Belego had hoped it would be An Luxurious town for the Rich and the Famous, with a flare of Spanish culture everywhere you go. Now, here you will find the richest teenagers living a typical life. Doing what ever the hell they want when they want; they can go shopping in their speedy cars anytime they want and spend as much of there Father’s money that they want. But living in a beach side town has its downsides, everyone in this town knows about your business.

Rancho Catalina may seem like a luxurious town for the adults trying to buy a new home but to the teens of Rancho Catalina it is a teenagers paradise, you could really wreak havoc on this town. It’s small town so everyone knows who you are but there is so many thing to do.
The shoreline provide family fun activities during the day that will make any family worn out by sunset, the beach is the number one activity that tourist do when the come to Rancho Catalina. When you step on the gorgeous tan beach, your greeted by the claim serenity of the sun shining on the water, making a almost picture prefect moment! There on the beach you can rent many items like surfboards, water tricycles, beach toys or you can play a nice game of beach volleyball! There is always something going on at the beach!
When you reach The Galleria at Rancho Belego Plaza there’s nothing but Luis Vinton stores, Juicy Couture, True Religion and many more stores that are not for the people that are looking to save there pennies for a rainy day. The teen nightclub, No! That is for nerds, everyone have a fake ID to get into the hottest Clubs in the downtown district! But besides all the shopping and parties, there’s also drama, the not so pretty part of living in the lap of luxury. So how will you spend your time here in Rancho Catalina?
