Seems to be incongruous. Also, it doesn't seem to fit his personality as you described him to be vindictive and spiteful. Perhaps tweaking this part would be best.
I actually would be okay with changing Marisol's bio to fit this, since this sounds more interesting, and it doesn't contradict anything else that's happened in the RPG. We discussed the possibility in PMs.
