As she finally agreed, she found out she was going with the one other order member she really didn't talk to. He sort of scared her, to be honest. Mad-eye Moody. And when they finally left, he was already annoyed by her. She had, like she always does, enchanted her shoes to be roller skates, and somehow Moody didn't like the constant skating around. So, by the time the two got to Hogsmeade, Aeryn had crossed her arms against her chest and was walking instead of skating. Aeryn was very used to the cold, having grown up in a very cold part of Brittan, so she didn't feel very cold outside. And, even though it was snowing quite a bit, she was wearing a white tank top and a pair of low ride jeans. She had her old Gryffindor scarf on, and her long, curly blond hair was laing loosely on her exposed back. On Aeryn's arms, there were arm warmers, multi bright -colored and striped. Her shoes, of course, were a pair of snow boots that had just been disenchanted to be normal once again. She had earmuffs with her, in a backpack she kept at her side at all times, but had just put them on to drown out the sound of Moody talking. Which was pure bliss, in Aeryn's opinion. He was all muffled, and Aeryn could focus on the task at hand. But, truth be told, Aeryn needed something. A drink, preferably. And, seeing as they were nowhere near The Three Broomsticks, but instead, the Hog's Head, Aeryn shrugged, and walked in front of moody and over to the front door. She didn't care if he followed, she needed the drink and if he didn't come, then she'd just catch up with him later. "I'm going in here, alright Moody?" she told him, not caring if it was 'alright' or not, with him. Honestly, she couldn't care less. Aeryn's eye was caught by a figure staring at the doorway. Tattoos everywhere, a creepy woman was standing by the bar, a drink in her hand. Aeryn got out of the woman's gaze and sighed, walking up to the bar and ordering herself her own Firewhiskey. She wasn't much of a drinker, but she did like to drink now and again. Especially when a thought of those wretched people who call themselves her parents comes to mind. Yeah, when that happens she usually would just drink, a lot, and forget as much as possible. Aeryn heard the door open soon after she received her drink. She half expected it to be moody, so she didn't bother turning around. As I've said before, she didn't care whether or not he came in. Really, she couldn't care less if that old prune decided to babysit anymore. Yeah, she understood, they chose Moody probably to just babysit the girl. A fully registered witch that needed Babysitting. Sure. Aeryn's gaze she was directing at the drink in her hand turned to the girl at the other end of the bar. She was really creepy, in Aeryn's opinion. Aeryn moved her wand from her back pocket to her right-side pocket, just in case she'd need it. She didn't need to be unprepared and have that cost her. She knew she needed to be prepared, and was good at that... Most of the time at least. |
