The media circus will print your picture;; "Pandora's a really good friend of mine. Her father is that famous horror novelist, and I do like a good bit of horror. That's not why I like her, that's just an extra reason for doing so. I've asked her before to try and get her father to send me a book a bit early. No luck. To get off the subject of that, she's a fun person to be around. She can be a bit... well, rebellious. And a few other things that I believe she knows describe her but doesn't like to be reminded about. We met my first year here at Aura, though we may have met before. She lives in England, right? Doesn't matter, I'm not the best at remembering those sorts of things. Doesn't matter in the long run. So we met at the beginning of my freshman year, in the library I believe. She was reading one of her father's books, and I... well, I had wanted to read that one. She had taken it off the shelf, HALF A SECOND before I grabbed it. I had to ask her if I could take it off her hands. I actually asked it a bit more kindly, something along the lines of 'Can I read that?' I didn't really know who she was, and she handed it to me, saying she had already read it twice. At the moment in time I just left, so we found each other again about a week later. We got to talking, and have grown to be rather close over the last few years."

The media circus will print your picture;; "Pandora and I have our history. Way back when, we used to be best friends, joined at the hip, inseparable. Things were golden then. We enjoyed each other's company, each other's humor, each other's interests. My mother even read all of her father's books. Like all young, best friends, we thought that it would last forever.

"Then of course, came the pettiness. We drifted away, and she didn't like to hang out with my crowd, and so on and so forth. We still talk, more than our fair share, I suppose, but it's certainly not the same as before. I kind of miss those days, but if she chose to move on, I can understand that. It just seems like a shame that we can't really communicate because of petty differences in our social group. What's up with that?

"Maybe things will get better in the future. For now, we still chat about things—mostly through instant messenger or phone, we still hang out on occasion, and we still see each other at parties and such. She's a cool chick, and after three years of talking to the girl, I don't want some high school bullshit to determine how our relationship goes."
