Melanie walked dwn the hallway whistling with her hair curled around her finger. Her other hand was trailing the wall so that her nails were making a slight hissing noise from the friction. For some reason, her dear friend Ashlynn invited her to some gathering. At the moment, all Mel wanted to do was sleep. She sighed as she walked down the annoyingly long ass hall. As she turned the corner, a girl ran into her, hard.
"What the fuck! You little bitch!"
Mel ingnited her hands with electricity and slammed the girl against the wall. She stared at the girl with cold intensity and then, she let her go. She speculated the girl with the dying urge to laugh. The had tears running down her orange face, and it looked like she had held a hair dryer to her mouth for an hour or so. And in all honesty, the girl was down right ugly. Mel frowned and touched the girl's cheek soflty.
"Why are you crying?"
"Some evil bitch back there said I was ugly!"
"Well honey, she wasn't lying! Haha!"
Mel then stopped laughing and and looked at the girl who she once again reduced to tears. She was pretty sure it ws either Amelia or Ashlynn who offended the girl. Mel rolled her eyes and and walked pass the horrible excuse for a human. Why the hell was she crying? Mel just gave her the best damn truth she would ever hear, and she was crying!? She looked like a fucking umpa lumpa who hadn't had a sip of water in ten years. Melanie continued down the hall until she came to a door. She opened it and saw her dear Amelia standing there looking confused. She smiled one of her once in a life time sincere smiles and walked up to her friend.
"Hello my dear love. Why are you frowning, you look like you just took a shit in your pants!"
Mel was surpressing the urge to laugh. She was talking to Amelia in French. The girl could understand the majority of what Mel was saying, but she couldn't speak it. Sometimes Mel got tired of speaking in english, it was such a boring langauge. So she continually spoke to Ash and Amelia in French, until they understood her.
"And where the hell is Ashlynn, teh whole fashionably late thing doesn't work for her.
orange=french

[ooc: i love how we're just passing along the little orangutan like that! XD]
Li Mei glanced down at the little orangutan and cocked an elegant eyebrow. Who had dragged this little primate through the halls and left her to blubber and snort disgustingly. She looked like some weird tribal thing with tracks through her horribly fake tan. And she was going at her lips with her teeth like nobodies business. It actually looked pretty painful. She gave her a considering look. She really did look like an orangutan with her orange-y skin and bright, fruit colored hair. It would be almost comical if it weren't so damn annoying.
"What the hell's the matter with you?" she asked. The girl cried harder. Li sighed. Of all the things she had to run into, this is what she could handle the least. She was not in the habit of comforting people - ever. She was more in the habit of 'shoot it and put it out of its misery'. Her vision flashed for an instant and suddenly the girl was throwing herself into her arms, sobbing out her life story. Her vision flashed back and the girl was still on the floor, with a strange contemplative gleam in her eye.
"Don't even think about it," she snapped, lifting a manicured finger to forestall her. "If you touch me you won't get the understanding ear you're expecting, got it? I'll just hit you - which I would find pleasant and you would not."
She moved to stand over her and placed fisted hands on her hips. Did the primate have the potential to be pretty, she thought as she eyed her critically. No, she concluded. The tan probably had put a permanent orange tint to her skin and lips - Li Mei shuddered. Gross. And then she noticed the disgustingly hopeful look the girl was giving her and she stepped around her as she pulled out a cigarette.
"I hate it when people expect random charity," she muttered as she lit it. "Scram, you little monkey."
She didn't wait to see if the girl moved but kept moving down the hall until she reached the room that the note from Ash had named. Everyone was there before her. Great. She sighed and took a drag from her cigarette as she eyed the other girls in the room. A very, very strange bunch. All horrible, morally deficient people. This could be fun.
She pasted on a faux smile before stalking to Amelia and blowing a cloud of smoke into her face.
"You're in my spot, bitch."
