located near robson street. this street is not as well kept as robson, so it isn't rare to see a few homeless people strolling the streets. however, it is frequented by teenagers due to the strands of skateshops, trend stores and tattoo parlors here.

an up and coming record label situated downtown. they've already signed some rather large bands and are the supporters behind the battle of the bands. the building is equipped with their own recording studio as well as various other meeting rooms and offices.
