NOTE: U WILL NOT GET SAME EXACT THING BECAUSE WHEN U USE GRADIENT TOOL U WILL ALWAYS COME UP WITH SOMETHING DIFF..
1.make a new file file>New ANY COLOR use 739x 120x or u can use w/e size u want...it doesnt make a diff. 2. press D to reset your colors and just grab the selection brush tool and use bottom setts for the tool SIZE:38 pixels MODE: SELECTION HARDNESS: 0% 3. make just click and drag a little line... back and fourth ounce .. so it looks like germs 4. Now grab the gradient tool and use felected gradient at the top and use the below setts: MODE: Difference Opacity: 100% now make sure u DONT mark rever dither and transparency NOW MAKE SURE U STILL HAVE SELECTION OVER THE GERM 5. Now just start ggrabbing tool back and fourth up and down left to right but when u stop make sure there is mostly white on it like here:  ®6. go to Filter>Wave> make sure its on default and sine and repeat pixels is checked  ®7. go to Filter>sketh>charcoal with these setts: in order 7 1 100  ®8. go to filter>artistic>neon glow and use these setts in order 15 5 BLUE ( PICK ANY COLOR U WANT)  ®THIS 1 HAS an outer layer COVERING IT.... AND YOUR DONE.... THIS IS SOMETHING ELSE I GOT ALSO  ® THESE ONES ENDED UP DIFF. BECAUSE I DID NOT DO ALL OF THE TUT I STOPPED AT WAVE and I did some diff. gradients HOPE u liked it.... if u like it plzz register..... [SIZE=14]REGISTER © Copyrighted Igor Martic Zero Designz |
