Effect is useless with out Legendary Ocean on the field or in your hand

Have to Sack the Legendary Ocean

This is a Great Card I built a Deck around this card and it and I have never seen Water deck be so powerful. If you want to see the deck it is posted in the English Deck Garge.

actually without legendary ocean it takes 2 sacs, so you'll need 2 monsters without it and 1 monster with it, and it's ok to sac 2 monsters for it and then use it's effect, because you'll just lose the other monster anyways

also you opponent can chain with waboku so you might not always get to attack affter you use it's effect

8/10 for water decks

6.5/10 for others
