I found a con

if you want to reborn it, you need to remove anouther 2 monsters again
also for warrior decks, it won't be that easy, beacause most warriors are dark or earth

but a pro is that it has 3000 atk,and you special summon it by removing 2 monsters from your gaveyard and you can still get in a normal summon for that turn

not every good card deserves a 9, only the really good cards deserve a 9, you have to understand that, a 9.8/10 to me is a perfect card, but this card isn't perfect

I don't think that is correct, You don't have to do that to Reborn other card with that effect. Such as Dark Necrofear so until there is an offical upper deck ruling I would say that it can be reborn without repeating the tribute. so as long as it was summoned correctly the first time then it can be reborn
