Personality: Meirou is an extremely cheerful person, and she loves being bright and happy. Also, she tries her hardest to keep herself at high spirits, so she can be brightened by extremely simple things. She usually always smiles and says hello to people, even those who hate her or those who don't know her. Though Meirou does have - as many people - her sad moments. Those are times when she becomes depressed, and sometimes its only until something else cheers her up. Or some last for days. In that time, she's either seen crying, or she just walks around being mean on accident or burying herself in books.

History: Meirou was born to Hikari and Shiro on October Thirteenth. When she was four, two weeks after her birthday, sitting in the back-seat of her car, she drew pictures of the window, then pointed at the lightning shooting in the sky from nearby. She got shocked, somehow, from inside the car, and her heart stopped for two hours - though she awakened at a hospital perfectly fine the next day.
She continued being a bright, cheerful, happy child she was, then two weeks after her eight birthday, when her parents were driving home from a party, and it stormed outside, their car crashed into a ditch and Meirou's powers went haywire, so she believes she did something to the car. She hadn't though, and had gotten it proven. Her parents, unfortunately, had died in the wreck, though she escaped alive and only a bit beat up.
She was sent to the Takemoro Orphanage for children who had traumatizing events happen to them, but everyone gave her strange looks for being there. She was hyper, energetic, smart, cheerful, and as cute as a button. But she wasn't exactly up for adoption yet. Something had happened and they lost her papers, but they had a few of her information, so it was all right.
When she was eleven, she was moved to the Tinikoto Boarding School and Orphanage, where she was assigned the job as kitchen aid and permanent Cheerleader, since she was super happy and spirited. She became one of the most popular children who went there, and was always super-happy towards them all, and helped with everything she could, from using her powers - which she was training herself to control - for turning on the power, cleaning the place, decorating, and even using her powers to prank.
Two weeks after her fifteenth birthday, a response came to her from the Xavier Institute. Her mentors, noting her powers, found the Institute and believed she'd do great there, so they sent her to Bayville.

Traits: She has traits that are usually visible, like the small mark under her right eye, except the two-inch slash mark on the left side of her upper-chest.
Overall Description: She's tall, and extremely thin, though she has a slight build. She's got pale skin, though it comes out fair when she's in the sun, and her cheeks become bright pink when she becomes ill.
Basic & Occasional Clothing: Meirou loves bright colors, so her outfits are usually dresses, miniskirts and shirts of all light colors. Anything bright or colorful, she'll probably wear. Also, she has four pairs of her favorite shoes, which are black, blue, and pink and Mary-Janes, with either gold or silver buckles, and they usually match her jewelry.
Combat & Training Suit: This is the only time she doesn't wear bright colors. Her training suit is a black shirt with a white stripe down the arms, and a red X on the shoulders, with black pants and black sneakers with white shoelaces. Her combat suit is also black, though its a black midriff, and a black jacket/trenchcoat, which gives a special effect when she uses her major powers in storms and large fights, and she wears it with the same black shoes, and black pants or a long skirt.
Accessories: Any specific/special accessories your character has. (Ex. Jewelry, Belts, Bandoliers, etc.) She has a silver locket her mother gave her that she wears during special occasions, and she wears a silver ring with an indigo stone in the center which she wears occasionally. With her black miniskirt, she wears a black belt with silver spikes, and her knee-high black boots. She likes being super-bright, and casually has a headband to match her outfit.
Combat & Abilities
Strength/Defensive Level: Fairly Strong.
Traits: She's decent at Dojo, but she's more of a cheerleader, and she's extremely good at dancing and singing. Also, she's fairly intelligent, trying to keep her studies up extremely. Also, she's pretty good at running, and her thin size makes her a decent hider, so she's fairly furtive and .
Powers: The mutant powers your character possesses. Limit of 5.
She has the ability to use electricity, conduct it from storms and power up things. She usually uses his electric powers with her katana or kendo stick and gives it a shocking boost of energy when used in fights.
Weaknesses: Large amounts of water--it shortens out her powers.
Weapons: She's got a katana, and a dojo-stick (don't doubt the power of bamboo, they hurt! fwahaha!), and she also can use one of her thick-chained necklaces as a chain whip.
