Personality: Mort seems to be possessed by something to those who don't know him better. He comes off as being cold, evil, and arrogant, hardly ever showing kindness, and only if it benefits him. He is also almost a genius, sort of giving an impression of the mad scientist role.

History: Mort grew up along the east coast, learning to use his powers to help solve murder cases after they manifested. When he graduated from high school early, and went to college in the western US. He continued using his powersj to help solve things, but over time became aware that it gave him an immense advantage over humans, and used that for his own needs. An experiment was done on him a few weeks after college to see how his amazing senses worked, but the experiment went wrong, giving Mort the ability to change into some large, demonic creature. He went on a rampage and killed the ones who had done it to him, then fled back to the eastern US, gradually learning to shift between his usual self and the creature, learning how to control its killing instincts. He moved into Bayville and decided to start a society of others powerful like him, and called it Prime Deity.

Overall Description: As a human, thin, not very muscular but very strong, somewhat pale skin. As a creature, a full foot taller than as a human, with burnt-looking skin and the traits above.
