History: Tipo was born in Japan, but was brought to America and was raied there with his aunt and uncle. He practiced martial arts everyday, and also studied vigourously. He discovered his mutant power at the age of ten, when he got stuck in the garden shed, turned into air, and floated out. He then left his aunt and uncle's home at the age of sixteen, and took a job as an asistaint to a Martial arts instructor. He usually likes to avoid combat if possible, but will fight if nessesary. His mantra is, "There is nothing in this world to fear, but fear itself."

Weaknesses: Depends on what he is. When he is liquid, he can evaporate, when he is gas, small chambers can force him back together, when he is solid, he can get burned, melted, etc. When he is fire, he can be doused. All of these make him return to normal form.
