If moving around in zoomed-in map consumed too much time in previous versions, travelling in 3.10 doesn't seem to consume any time at all. I've just spent an hour in a zoomed in map, paddling along a river with 70% mobility and collecting rocks and timber along the shores. I measured some 10 kilometers of total travelled distance during which I loaded my punt with 154 collected stones, 66 tree trunks, 113 rocks and 16 slender trunks. During this endeavor, time did not step forward at all. It was "afternoon" when I started and "afternoon" after I grew bored an hour later. I did not grow thirsty nor hungry along the way either.
Another bug, or more like an exploit, involves using the 'm' move command vs. picking up items from adjacent squares with ';' (Finnish keyboard). I noticed the new 'm' command takes some time to move large amounts of stuff from one square to another, but using the ; exploit doesn't. I suggest incorporating the 'm' functionality with ';', so that using ';' to pick up stuff from adjacent squares consumes as much time as moving the same amount of stuff with 'm'. Also, it's still possible to use ';' in zoomed-out map, making it possible to haul enormous log piles hundreds of metres in a jiffy.
All in all, I'm quite impressed with the new version. It really deserves to be called a major version. :)

Alright, after checking out the code you have just revealed bug potential in with a 50% success :)
The thirst and hunger indeed doesn't seem to grow while moving on the zoomed in map!
A definate bug. Will fix.
The time passing while moving on the zoomed in map however works.
The "afternoon" phase in the game last for whole three (3) hours.
The approximate walking speed in the wilderness used by the game is something like 5 kilometers per hour. You can walk 10 kilometers in two hours and spend an extra hour within the "afternoon" phase.
What the game doesn't however count is the weight loaded in your punt, which should have ended up in the bottom of the river. The traveling speed is always pretty much the same.
