I was able to talk to an enemy before he noticed me. We talked to each other and after the talk I walked up to him and he started to attack me. Imo the "aggressive" should be activated when I talk to him, when he dont likes me, not only when I get spotted after the talk.

Meet njerpez - Hide - Talk, Command - "Wait a moment" - Walk away from the front of njerp's eyes without any conflict....
