Hello!

I cant see most of the topics in the forum, so I cant check if its already posted:

The (incredible) flying squirrel:

I hunted a squirrel and to my newbie surprise it climbed a tree and started to jump from tree to tree.
I cornered the squirrel and started to cut down the tree. After the tree fell the squirrel ran away and when I got close to it to hit it I got the message: To high above ground. Without any tree! The squirrel was flying!

Seems the squirrel hasnt been reset to ground level after I cut the tree.

I suggest keeping a couple of rocks or expendable weapons (preferably knives so they're not too heavy) in your inventory for situations like these. The only way to take down a squirrel, cornered or not, is to throw things at it / shoot it. You can always use your precious Handaxe, Battlesword and whatnot, but you'll be quite sorry if it happens to mysteriously disappear into the carcass. I've had it happen for me once or twice, lost my main weapon killing a squirrel. So indeed, a rock (rocks) to throw or a throwing knife or something like that is your weapon of choice.

Got to say you're clever to cut the tree under the squirre's cave, too bad Sami / the game isn't that clever *laugh*

Yup, been there, done that, gave up on squirrels after finding that bug.

I should hope Sami knows about it by now, since it's been around for quite some time.
