In my account there, you can see the last ten songs I've listened to (unless it's been a while since I've listened to anything), under that are the 10 artists I've listened to the most last week, then there's a list of 50 artists I've listened to the most, and the last list is most played songs. All of the numbers just represent the number of listens.
If you don't an account, it takes 5 seconds to sign up, it'll keep track of what you listen to and you'll never have to spend much time on your account if you don't want.
