How do you think XSIII, the last of the XS games, will end? I personally am not sure, but I hope they end it good, but I want it to go out with a bang. Something unexpected, and shocking, but with a good conclusion to everything. I really hope they explain everything, and I HOPE the game is REALLY long, longer then the first game, which was MANY hours longer the the second game. And I also hope that it concentrates on everyone equally, but still have a majority of the story focus on Shion and Kos-Mos. I was sad that the second one didn't have anything on Shion, Kos-Mos, and the Gnosis. Anyway, whats you're thoughts?

I bet they'll find Lost Jerusalem. Maybe they'll even kill a character off. Maybe something strange will happen to KOS-MOS. I just want the game to be longer, more difficult, and filled with philisophical, religious, and historical links. That in my opinion is what makes Xenosaga so great.

I haven't really heard anything on it yet but I would actually like to see it go on with another sequel lol and make it longer of course and maybe throw in some mini-games in it too add a little something different :D

Monolith Software originaly wanted it to be a six-part story. But because the composer left, and they got rid of one of the writers, they've had to end with three episodes.

It seems I really am completely behind on everything now, I wasn't aware that they had decided to end it at three. I'm sad to hear that they aren't going through with all six (*sigh* I guess we won't get to see Dan clobber Fei in 3d). As I said I haven't played the second yet and thus I can't really give any specific story events. However basically I'd like to see the same themes as Wilhelm mentioned. I wrote out a bit more about story possibilities (three times actually...) but I can never quite get it right, so I'm just stopping here for the moment ^_^.

I was so angry when I found out they were going to stop on 3... after I played the first, I got all hyped up about there being SIX games, and I calculated, if the wanted to, they could take each game and consentrate on each characters back story, Ep I, it was little bit of everyones, ep II, mostly about Jr., Ep III, maybe about Ziggy, Ep IV, About MOMO, Ep V, about Chaos, Ep VI, about Shion and KOS-MOS. I thought it would work out perfectly! But no... they had to go and be lame...

I hope that they make the third LONG and full of the stuff Wilhelm mentioned, and there is gonna be this really long mini game questy thingy, I heard... lol. And there's something about a XenoBible, that like tells all about the last two episodes in detail, its something in the third game, sorta like the little backflash text thingy at the begining of Ep II, in the camera phone terminals, while in the airport place, you can go get a breif, not detailed summary of what happened in the last game. I guess the XenoBible is supposed to be like that, but MUCH more detailed and stuff. I think thats what I read, lol. But I think they are also gonna give a DVD of at least Ep II's cutscenes with the game, like they did with the second one. It was a pre-order bonus for XSII, if you pre-ordered it, you'd get a 4 hour DVD of cut-scenes from the first game. I would imagine there's about 8 hours of cut-scenes on the actual game, but they just put in the most important scenes. LOL, when I went to Dland last september, me and my friend watched the XS cut-scenes all the way there almost! it was so much fun! lol. Anyway, yeah... I'm sad they aren't continuing, but hey! Maybe if XSIII is really really really awesome, (there's no doubt in my mind though) but maybe if they get enough responses, they'll continue anyway, ya never know. lol.

That'd be cool if they packaged it with a DVD.

yeah, maybe they'll even make a actual dvd package sold seperately after all three games have been out for a while, and even give extra scenes, and stuff that would totally rock, like a 20 hour XS MOVIE! lol... wishful thinking...

Maybe they'll make a full length movie like Final fantasy VII Advent Children?....even more wishful thinking....

yeah, no kidding, though, maybe its just me, but sometimes, its hard to tell CG and reg cut-scenes apart in XS games, the graphics are really great.

The only thing is that KOS-MOS is shinyer, lol.

Something like the MGS movies, but a full length film using in-game graphics. That'd be awesome!

uhm....................the xsII,european version has a bonus dvd with all in-game movies of the first episode
and,if i'm not wrong......................xs3 will have one too.................but i think with the second ep.
