Well, Think about it, if there was a real-life Kira, would you be in favour of his motives?

Of course I would be, I'd envy Kira. I'd love to be Kira who trys to pure the world, if I could. It'd get so many sick people out of this world, rapists, murders, robbers, power hungry people, ect.

I'm kind of split on this. On 1 hand, it'd be nice to live in a world without the fear of criminals because they are being eradicated.
On the other hand, it is still murder and not all criminals deserve to die.

I kinda share the same opinion as Kai-D...it would be awesome to live in a world without criminals and with someone to take care of them, but it depends..Iit's a very complex subject... xD well...! maybe the criminals would get afraid of Kira and wouldn't commit any crimes because of it xD...!

I agree with Arche and Kai-D on this one. criminals and murderers gone would be great for the world, but some crimes are really small and criminals learn from their mistakes, so it wouldn't really be fair to kill them. It's a really hard topic to decide on. >o<;

I'm going to sit on that very infamous fence. Yes, it'd be nice to live in a world that's free from criminals. On the other hand, however; Light punishes the criminals that do the little things as well and I can't be okay with that. Considering that know people who are involved with criminal actions.

I'll play Devil's advocate on this opinion.

I don't not agree with Yagami Light killing people for the sake that he believe that they should die. Is it really his right to choose. He could have possibly killed innocent people.

Absolutely not! I think torture or being in jail is worst than death... Death it's no enough for some crimes. Iff those criminals die they didn't suffer enough for their crimes, it's the easyer way.

i'd be for it. i mean i guess i wouldn't be for killing the people who did hardly anything, but for the people who did major crimes ... i think they do derserve what kira was doing on the show.

It depends on the crime.

Some criminals don't deserve death; it's like a release from their judgement, and they escape the many years of living up to their crime.
While others shouldn't die simply because their crimes were minimal. True, I'd like it if Kira gave all the teenagers, with knives, a taste of their own medicine.

I mean, Kira's got the right idea, he's just going about it wrong. No one can play God :/
