1. first off open up your image.
(i used the eagle)


2. Next open the Hue/saturation dialog. (CRTL/CMD+U)

3. Then i want to change the color of the beak... and it is yellow so instead of master i choose yellows

4. then select the eye dropper and place the dropper over what you want to be colored.

5. Then after that just move the Hue slider and choose a color.
