Im sorry i dont have any pictures but you dont really need them for this Tutorial.

Start out with a 600x600 Document in RGB Mode

Create a new Layer (Shift+Ctrl/Cmd+N)

Now Diagonally apply a Black to white Linear Gradient.

Go to Filter>Render>Difference Clouds

Then press Ctrl I, or Image>Adjust>Invert

NowImage>Adjust>Levels
Use these Settings
157,0.10,255

Click ok

Then a 100pt soft brush and erase the spots you dont want.

The just Image>Adjust>Hue/Saturation Select the colorize box
and choose a color of your choice!
