1.start out with a document with these settings:


2. go to filter<render<Difference clouds

3. then press Ctrl+I to invert your image.

4. Then go to Filter<distort<ZigZag use the settings below


5. then go to Filter<Artistic<Plastic wrap Use these settings:


6. Go to Filter<stylize<Glowing edges Use settings below


7. press Ctrl+U for color and use these settings


8. Go to Layer>duplicate Layer

9. set top layer to screen like so


10. merge layers (Ctrl+e) and here is the final result

Sorry for not spelling things right but i was up late that night making it.. but why do you care if it isnt right? oops i think i for got the ' in isn't .... there is that better? and i did not make the skin.. it was made by josh.... (i dont know who he is.) so dont(<don't) yell at me.
