Make a new image, 400 x 400 looks pretty good.

Use the Eclipsce Tool (U) and put a dot in the center.



Apply these blending settings.




Make A selection like below with the Eliptical Marquee tool.


Make a new layer.

Now make a gradient like below.



Drag the line from the top to the bottom of the selection.

Set the layer opacity to 57%.

It should look like this.



Go back to the first layer.
Apply these blending settings. You can also use other patterns.


Rasterize the layer and press Ctrl + U, tick the Colorize box and play around with the settings. I chose a deep blue.


Save it and your done!

mr goat... If I want a sign or something in it (like the goat u used in another topic), where do I have to do that? Blending options? or in the first eclipse? (I assume u used an imported image?)
