Altevin stood behind an elevated tree root, fingering his staff and gazing at the ruins of Alenior, the ancient citadel of the elves and their allies, the dwarves and the fae people. Two centuries ago, the Orcs and Trolls had conqured the races of light and plundered their cities. The Magical arts that the foul trolls prided themselves on were once held solely by the elves and those of other races deemed fit to use them. The trolls deserved none of the respect attributed to them for their stolen spellcraft. Likewise, the finely constructed weapons of the orcs had been honed for a milenia by the dwarves. The Fae people had held a third art, so potent it was said could change the very fabric of the world. But even the name of that art was now forgotten, as the Fae had not survived the war. Using the ashes of the light races, the Orcs and trolls had built their feeble tribal civilizations and brought the world under their heel. Perhaps now, that could finally change.

Altevin turned to a bow-wielding Lieutenant behind him, and whispered several instructions. The elf nodded and dashed off silently. Altevin again turned and looked to the city. Soon...

I know, and I haven't. The Elven/Dwarven avengers are a seperate faction with stats identical to the trolls & orcs, respectively. However, they have different objectives then their stat-mates, namely driving out the Orcs and trolls.

DR. PHILL'S* FOUR STEP PLAN FOR TAKING BACK YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD ORC-INFESTED ELVEN CITY.

1)Ambush several groups of enemy scouts in the forests surrounding said city to get back in practice after 200 years and take the edge off enemy numbers.

2)Begin harrasing enemy troops/barely-organized-thugs inside the city itself.

3)When the enemy sends a convoy to aid the mysteriously embattled city, ambush it. destroy the escort, and steal the supplies.

4)Lead your newly resupplied troops in a glorious charge through the city, reclaiming it in the name of the Koada'Dal (elves).

CALVIN...forrest is not a troll. You have to capture him and he has to capture you.

How? I don't have a rope or a net or a phisical knock him down or punck him in the face move. ALl I have is shadow strike and my... OOOOHHHH ...sleep rod :rolleyes: If I incounter Altevin (don't call him Forrest... Will) I will use my sleep rod repeated ly while runing away and casting shadow bolt to weaken him. Once he is a sleep, I will make a rock cage that he can't move around in except breath and look out wishing he were free.

Bored.

Altevin struggled to his feet, spitting out dust. That accursed troll had snuck up behind him, and now he was in here. What a great beginning to his crusade. The cage was on the outskirts of a troll encampment. And so he sat down again and began to plan.

STRAT: Assuming cursed trolls took my bow. I'll try to lift the cage myself,but knowing that the odds of that working are about 1/20,000 (still a chance tho.) if that dosen't work I'll cast blue lightning through the bars, maximising dispersion and frying as many of the trolls as possible. I'll order the survivors to come over and release me or they get the same. Once out I'll knock them out, find my weapons plus whatever shinies they have lying around and make my escape.

Weapons? What weapons? i want Weapons! nice blue lightning, where the heck did it come form?

Blue lightning is the same as red lightning renamed so it dosen't get confused with the troll version.
