Well done Severian! :D Your piece certainly had my vote. I think it was the most effective piece because of a number of reasons:
- the level of detail is excellent
- you have disguised the original materials extremely well
- there is a good area in the centre of the piece to put miniatures.
These last two couldn't be said of mine - at the end of the day, it does look like two pieces of polystyrene stuck together with a pringles tube! :rolleyes: :lol:
But I think all the entrants deserve special congratulations for the effort of getting the terrain pieces done, I can appreciate from my own piece what a commitment it must have took. So well done, everyone! :)
Finally, I'd like to thank everyone who commented/voted on my piece for their encouragement, I found this competition a really useful experience as I've got to make several other industrial themed pieces for our wargaming centre, and this has given me ideas for how I will (and won't!) do the next one!
