hey, been playing warhammer40k/lord of the rings for a long time (since the second battle for middle earth mag about about 4 or so years ago) and recently found this board while browsing the WiP forums.

i collect:

lord of the rings dwarfs (this is my most recent LoTR army after clearing out all my old beginer crap which was possibly my worst painted/modelled stuff :rolleyes: )

slaanesh WH40K got around 1300 points (planning on expanding this further so as to play apocalypse)

grey knights - a purist 1000 GK force (in the GW GK colours) possibly some of my best painted figs to date.

blood angels - this is my most recent 40k army, started this just before i lost interest in the hobby about 1 year ago (to much college/work) it's about 500 pts

and finally preparing to jump into warhammer with a purchase of the lizardmen army book. i had planned to start warhammer before my slump and had bought about 800pts of chaos and the battle for skull pass, all of which was chucked out when i decided to get back into the hobby (hate seeing past mistakes, i have a compulsion to always be moving forward (probably why half my models end up unpainted))


i like all sorts of music (bar R&B and Pop (both of which are terrible :P )

and prepare to see a lot of my trying to sort myself out in the hobby world :P

We hope you sort yourself out! Saying that, don't worry if you jump from project to project, most of us do anyway!

well, i'm really hoping to try and knuckle down, i've never had a fully painted army for any system before :P, i just kept switching, anyways, hopefully having gotten rid of over half my 40k stuff (tau, nids, chaos undiveded etc etc), all my old LoTR stuff and my old WH stuff i can now concentrait on those armies i really like, and enjoy converting/modelling.
