does anyone know where i could order MIG pigments in the us?
im thinking of using them for my death korps and im asking for some for xmas

If you don't mind using eBay, there's usually 'stores' that will do decent discounts on MIG pigments. If you're willing to wait a few days for delivery, then I'd go with that...

I got mine from an Ebay seller, Panther Models. They also have a webstore here. I've found them to be reliable.
