i can pick up a russian 1/35 new for 20 nz dollars

i want to know if the dimensions of it are right its around 22cm long i think
whats the baneblades dimensions mods if this is not allowed remove the question
alos any ideas for what rules and modelling for on it

the plastic baneblade is about 23cm long x 14cm wide, thats measured on the tracks only, not including sticky out bits such as sponsoons. :)
